Delivery
When you spend €45/£40 or more you receive free delivery within Ireland/UK respectively. We can deliver worldwide, of which all European delivery charges have been pre-calculated and will be added to your final cost.

A list of the products you would like (including the sizes and colours) and your full delivery address as we need this to obtain an accurate quote from our couriers.
We’ve chosen DSV as our delivery partner who with over 30 years experience provide an efficient, high-quality delivery service. Like us, DSV is committed to focusing on the evolving needs of customers. DSV are seen as one of the key innovators in the parcel delivery field with their technological developments like real time and on-line track and trace.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered from the time you receive your order acknowledgement. Please also allow additional time for delivery over bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year season. Our delivery partner DSV will text/e-mail you with your delivery slot, so you will know when your parcel is due to arrive.
We can deliver almost all of our products worldwide! However, the shipping cost will depend on the size and weight of the package(s) we have to send.

Brexit
Post Brexit and as from Jan 1st 2021 – although changes have occurred in the way we trade with our closest neighbours, we are confident that this should have little or no effect on any of our customers.
Ireland/EU deliveries will continue as normal with no changes to the order process.
UK deliveries are subject to a few changes that, in the most part, you will not even notice.
For any single order (which can be made up of multiple items) lower or equal to £135/€150, a UK Import VAT of 20% will be applied to all our invoices and collected directly by the British Tax authorities. You, the customer, will not be required or asked for any VAT payment. Customs clearance charges will also be the responsibility of us, the shipper.
Duties will not be applicable below this threshold.
For any single order (which can be made up of multiple items) above this £135/€150 threshold, additional duties may apply depending on the product purchased, but as above, all VAT payments will be paid by us, the shipper. In this case however, and where the country of origin is outside the EU Bloc only, the customer may be liable to pay duty on delivery of the product, on any items that were not manufactured within the EU (e.g. blankets/toys).
