When will I receive my order and who will deliver it?

Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days of receipt of your order acknowledgement (e-mail). DPD couriers will deliver your order.

If I order more than one item will they arrive together?

We will always endeavour to deliver your complete order together. In the unlikely event that there is a small delay with part of your order, it may follow on separately but this will still be a free delivery.

What happens if there is nobody at home/designated delivery address to receive order?

Our delivery partner DPD will notify you by text/e-mail of your delivery slot and you will have an opportunity to re-arrange delivery if it’s not suitable. If nobody is at the delivery address when DPD arrive, they will take the parcel back to their warehouse, notify you by note/text that delivery was attempted and they will arrange another delivery slot.

I have received my order and product is damaged/wrong item. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item (not what you ordered) please contact our Customer Service team immediately on +353 18477311 (Monday to Fri – 9am-5.30pm) or e-mail info@Beddies4pets.com with the details.

We will record the delivery problem and give you an official return number which you will need to reference with any items returned. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy, Section 10 of our T&C’s for full details on returning items.
